What does the $150 service visit include?
The visit itself and a full assessment of your system — what's wrong, what it'll take to fix, and what it'll cost. Repairs and parts are quoted separately, and nothing gets done until you approve the number.
When are the two maintenance visits scheduled?
Heating before winter and cooling before summer. We reach out to book them, so you don't have to remember.
